A good sex life relies on good choices around sexual health. You are ultimately responsible for looking after yourself and helping to look after others you get intimate with. You can’t simply trust the person you have sex with to know for sure if they have an infection or not as its not scientifically possible!

I’m checked for all the main gremlins including Hiv several times a year and I have special additional vaccinations and benefit from the ground-breaking Prep which is now free on the NHS and massively effective in protecting against Hiv.
